The belief of Grace Chapel Outreach Ministries is founded on God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, Man, Salvation, the Return of Jesus Christ, Future Events, the Church, Baptism and Communion.

Located in Bear, Delaware, Grace Chapel is an International and Inter-denominational church with a goal of helping fulfill God’s complete purposes in the lives of man.

Started in 1999, the founding ministers are Pastor Richard Darko and Pastor John Paintsil and their spouses, Pastor Gloria Darko and Pastor Julia Paintsil respectively.
